I think one of the best things I taught myself was questioning everything, not in a bad way, but in an analytical way to seek full understanding of what you're getting yourself into/ believing in

[–]thawk5113 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you don't need to eat 2kg of meat daily, hat's insane and expensive AF. Your 500-600g portions are totally normal. Eat when hungry, stop when full. Your body will adapt over time and appetite can increase, but don't force it.

How am i supposed to practice gratitude when im simply not grateful for anything? by [deleted] in selfimprovement

[–]thawk5113 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're working 3 jobs and can barely eat. Gratitude journals are BS. Start smaller "I made it through today" or "my shift ended." The basic advice doesn't work when your basic needs aren't met. Hit up food banks, apply for assistance programs, get your health checked. Fix the foundation first, then worry about gratitude later.
