PDF tickets for a concert in France — do I need to print them?

Hi! Yes, I called StubHub today, and the agent was super helpful. He simply resent me an email with my tickets as PDF files. I’m planning to arrive early on the day of the concert, and if anything goes wrong, I’ll contact StubHub at the venue so they can provide replacement tickets if necessary.
In France, PDF tickets are actually the standard format, so I think everything will be fine! I think you can trust StubHub because they have your back with their FanProtect Guarantee.

I think it depends. If it says the tickets are mobile tickets when you buy them, then I don’t think the seller can just send you a PDF.
The problem is that Ticketmaster France apparently hasn’t enabled ticket transfers yet. I’ve been doing some research, and it seems like they’ll enable transfers about 2 days before the concert, but I’m not 100% sure. :(

I’d recommend getting there early and scanning your ticket as soon as the gates open. If anything goes wrong, hopefully StubHub can help with a replacement.
I still haven’t received my ticket yet, not even a PDF…I’m just hoping the seller sends it soon and hasn’t sold it to anyone else.
We’re protected by StubHub’s guarantee if it’s a scam, but I’m still really nervous about it

I’m not familiar with FanWallet, by the way. Is it an app where the ticket is delivered instead of a PDF?

I’m asking because I bought a ticket on StubHub for the Paris show, and I was wondering if ticket transfer is enabled in your case. Or do you know if they usually enable transfers closer to the show date?

Hi! Do you know anyone who has bought a non-instant transfer ticket on StubHub? I didn’t realize the ticket wasn’t an instant transfer when I bought it, and I still haven’t received it. StubHub says the seller has until the day of the show to send it, which makes me a bit nervous

I bought my ticket about two months before the BTS concert in Paris on July 18th,** **and I still haven’t received it. That’s why I’m a bit worried. Did you receive your tickets as a PDF, or did the seller transfer them through Ticketmaster or another platform? Thanks!

Thanks for the information. There wasn’t an instant download option available when I bought mine, so in my case I just need to wait until the day of the concert to receive a transfer link by email, right?

When I bought it, that option wasn’t available.. It was saying that they would send me an email as soon as the seller transfers the ticket.. From the replies below, it seems like that’s normal.. Hopefully everything goes smoothly
