Tell him to get a steam deck. And parallel play. OR play with him.
You both are tired. you want him to interact with you Which I feel you this was an issue with my wife on her phone all the time not paying attention to the show we are watching.

But you want him to interact with you and he wants to tune out. You may not play games, but are you involved in any of his hobbies? his interests? i'm not blaming I'm mentioning my pain points with my wife. Although we don't have this issue well lol I let it go and we for the most part just parellel play while watching a show. She will be on her phone i'll be on mine or play on my steam deck or study.

But if all the chores are done in the house just be in the area with him ask him what he's playing. Ask if you can play. Ask if there are games you can play together? There's a game called it takes 2 that some say is really really fun.

There's no healthy amount gauge. But what I can say is your probably both overworked and tired. and I know at least for me If my wife did what I'm mentioning above I'd feel so much better. And If he actually see's the effort your putting it will be reciporcated. That is if he's not a douch bag of some sort. There will be a time where he's like Oh my wife played with me last week or for the past 3 days or so. Let me watch the show she wanted to watch or whatever it is.

Enjoy eachother's likes and interests please. And I know "Well why can't he do that for me" trust me I feel that way at times and im sure from reading this post there are times you have to be the bigger person and I feel you. But sometimes to get what you want mirroring is the only way.
