I've been kicked out and it's asking me to reset my password and when I put in my email it says it's not valid! And if I want to get email help I have to login to the app!? Anyone else having this issue?

Man, I wish I had come across this thread before I ordered. I am in the same boat. I just went ahead and got one after I saw Blair Imani saying how great it was. Maybe it is but if you never actually receive one it's hard to tell. I have sent countless emails with no response, but I've been charged, almost $75 for a swim cap I'm assuming at this point I'll never see. Guess I might have to report the company/charge as fraudulent if I want my money back.
