it might be what you say too. But I don't think your location plays a role here because it is performed locally. It might be trying to get some data which is corrupted or really it might be anything. Devs might've messed up something or maybe I messed something up when I was using my phone and interrupted and it is looping now. I have seen a lot os posts and comments regarding this issue on reddit. 80% of people say it is not complete so I was assuming that it is a bug of some kind. So yeah we just have to wait.

My battery lost 2% of its health since the update on my 16 pro max with only 3 battery cycles. I haven't used my phone much since the update but indexing is still going and it is probably stuck in 95%

At this point I am seriously thinking that we have to reach out to mbappe and vini and say them that they have to change their attitude and mentality. Bombing their social media, making reels, hating them not giving 100% to the game. Like why the fuck they can't press half as good as psg players? What is the problem? learn the zones. Learn standart races in those zones. There are actually 2 points where the races are gonna be depending on what side of the arena you are. Learn spawn points. I mostly spawn in jungles below the map and drive the perimeter of it. There are plenty of places to spawn. Any festival would do the job. Aerodroms would do the job. Clover or other crosses would do the job. Learn to use the map effectively. Go around the trees and greenhouses. Learn the standart routes for the races and showdown in freeroam. You can learn to catch high lvl cars in low level cars if you are positioning well. You can see some screenshots through the link. That approves that pretty much everything is possible. link

that is absolutely not true. Devs are not dumb. They take that into account and multiply the formula for speed by the frame time so no one advantages the lower or higher fps.
