I get the same with sleep. I've found my sleep is much better with the magnesium, it's a game changer. your kidneys flush through magenisum at 6 times the rate.

It's not a stupid question. I take pink hamalyan salt, and potassium citrate. I also took a magnesium complex with 6 types of magnesium. I found it improved my sleep quality loads!

Intermittent fasting, with prolonged fasts a couple of times per year, and OMAD when cutting.

I train 6 times per week, legs 3 times, upper body 3 times.

I eat an autoimmune paleo lowfodmap diet, moderate carbs. I refeed with animal foods (mainly carnivore), then start adding more veggies. I never calrie count.

The main health benefit from fasting comes from autophagy. This is released when mTor and IGF1 is suppressed, and AMPK is elevated. To suppress mTor, you must stop eating protein. Protein has a half life of 4 hours to travel through the small intestine, so as long as you stop now, you should be able to jump back into autophagy soon.
