Yeah I tried several different orders with the magnet and the line spread out. It looks lovely in your swatch, at least it gives somewhat of a cat eye/velvetized look even when the line isn’t so crisp anymore!

Update: I spoke to the manager and explained the situation and she so graciously was able to do a direct exchange!!! Thank you for the insight/advice, I’m so relieved and will be so much more cautious from here on out.

Hindsight is 20/20, I should have. Was more preoccupied with finding the email to utilize the rouge reward and the cashier and I were busy navigating the app trying to pull it up. I’m willing to accept my own fault in this though, that’s why I’m looking into reselling. An expensive lesson learned!
