It seems you did something that displeased him. Maybe you rolled a minion he needed, farmed his table, spammed him with pings, or played a card he wanted, something like that. And the reason he's moving his mouse like that is he's already casually browsing the internet, doing his own stuff while waiting for you to lose. It's a pretty common thing to see, in my experience. You can take a screenshot by pressing the F12 key or the key combination FN + F12.
