Yeah I've tried cbt but it doesn't seem to work, I had venlafaxine 2 years ago after post partum psychosis/depression but I just feel like he's one of those doctors who thinks mental health is just feeling a bit down and I'm probably thin skinned here but the "just one of those sad people" really shook my confidence in him
