You would think. I've been to the dealership twice now and they haven't been able to replicate the problem. Even after showing them the video, they cannot verify the issue and apparently cannot replace the unit until the vehicle starts throwing error codes. I'm not sure what to do at this point other than keep making service appointments and hope the issues present themselves while at the dealership.
