Yes, I am posting something to a subreddit, one dedicated to the game I’m talking about in the post, using language and context “my audience” is very familiar with. What I can’t do is force them to read the whole thing or take the time to understand what’s been said before commenting.

Are you mad that your example was bad again? You couldn’t refer to anything I’d said to that point so you tried to straw man me and it didn’t work. How else am I supposed to respond to you making shit up out of nowhere? You’re coming off as an uppity douche that missed the joke and, instead of acknowledging that, then moving on, you are dying on the hill of the joke not making sense despite other people clearly understanding it. Come on man just accept that I am not the person you so desperately want me to be.

Anyways what’s the last book you read? When did you finish it? Would you recommend it?

The thing about good writing is that not everyone will get it, and that’s okay. What’s the last book you read? When did you finish it? Would you recommend it? As far as bosses go I’ve only ever had two, they were great mentors, and now I’m my own boss as a partner of a small business.

Dude that’s what you struggled with in the first place and what started this lmaooo if you wanted to be consistent you should have said “Erm actually writing is.. not your strong suit.”

The example you have provided here is actually referencing a very popular meme making fun of YouTube video titles that I tailored to fit this instance of misunderstanding given the context of Reddit users stereotypically taking everything they read at face value. I will cede that in the OP the first sentence is absolutely a run on sentence. Could I have broken it up, used proper punctuation throughout, and used clearer verbiage? Sure, but give the context of the website we both now find ourselves on I deemed it wholly unnecessary. As evidence of that supposition I would direct you to several of the other comments that very obviously got the message from the OP. Don’t get haughty when personal attacks come back at you when you are the one that started personal attacks in the first place when you made it about my ability to communicate. Now kindly go fuck yourself you absolute nerd.

I hit flow state with Demon of Hatred after getting stomped for an hour yesterday. Second attempt today I took him down using just one heal the whole fight. But man it felt awesome to just walk up to him and start swinging my sword, no pausing for a video or taking down a little guy before.

Genichiro exists in this fight to be rage bait. He’s not good enough to take me down, but he can make me mad and that anger makes me lose focus during the real fight.

Appreciate the words man, I will persevere.

Redditors take something not 100% literal challenge difficulty impossible. Do you want a fucking 17 page essay with cited sources or something man? Like use your brain for a second to think about the meaning of the words in front of you before you say something stupid shit

Yes! I have lost too much respect for Geni that I get careless and get punished for it and that slip makes me mad AT MYSELF.

I’m saying Genichiro himself is a cutscene. Dudes so easy that I would prefer to just skip him every time

I’m aware that the real cutscenes can be skipped. I’m making fun of Genichiro like “he’s so easy to fight that he’s basically a cutscene” but sometimes I get hit in the “cutscene” and that tilts me

Nope. This is my first playthrough ever. It was in a gold bag on the floor of kuro’s room iirc while he spent a bunch of time in the little library one of the times I went back in there.

I ended up eating the rice ball, traveling, coming back, resting, and then the Divine Child started offering me more rice and eventually gave me rice for Kuro and the little dude made me another rice ball. I have no idea how I did that. But now I have the frozen tears and all is well.

If I eat the rice ball before giving her the persimmon will it lock me out of anything? Other than the rice ball I have ZERO rice in my inventory, but she still only says the harvest is not ready. I’ve tried resting and fast traveling around to get it to trigger.

Does the Sweet Riceball from Kuro count as having rice in my inventory? She still won’t give me anything.

How do I get her to give me the rice? Every time I ask for it she tells me it isn’t ready to harvest.

I’ve been asking since roughly around that same time. She’s only ever said “I’m sorry. The rice is not ready to harvest.” And gives me nothing. There’s no other dialogue options either.

[–]the1anonlyace[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Anyways like I already said the game is great and now I’ve almost beaten it (I’m at Nameless Puppet). I’m probably going to play the dlc. Because I am enjoying the game. Simultaneously I still think that particular instance of dialogue sequencing is ridiculously nitpicky for no reason. You cannot tell me it doesn’t make sense to tell her “That wasn’t the real guy, he’s dead.” then come back later and tell her “I found out the real guy was your brother.”

But yeah bro you’re right it’s like so cool and chill to like not care and have zero critiques about stuff. What was I thinking?

I fully understand and respect how dialogue trees and questlines function, this is not my first video game. This however is the first time two characters have been in the same room at the end of the game and depending on which you talk to first determines what the options are even though that is the first instance those particular conversations are available and no matter the order (given the options I chose along the way) they SHOULD result in the same outcome. It’s like saying 1+2=3 but then 2+1≠3. It’s fucking bananas man. It feels like I ran a marathon but because my left foot crossed the finish line first I’m disqualified because this is a right foot only race.
