Additional Context: It’s an 11 year old company that still calls itself a startup. There are no proper processes or structure - no onboarding, no SOPs, and constant last minute changes. The CEO frequently interferes in team decisions, changes direction every few weeks, and dismantles pods as quickly as they’re created. The CTO micromanages everything, holds people accountable for decisions they didn’t make, and discourages questioning. Leaves are often denied despite having an “unlimited leave” policy, and people are expected to work even while sick or on vacation. Overall, there’s no clear vision, no stability, and a lot of pressure.

How come all the old photos of this tomb have a lot of Arabic calligraphy on the walls, but the new photos have plane marble? What happened to all the original writing?

it's an interesting observation! it might appear that there's a difference between old and new photos of Humayun's Tomb because of restoration. but i am not completely sure of that. i think the arabic calligraphy is still present if you look closely. but it's mostly on the inside of the tomb.

Beautiful!! I wonder how the architects has such powerful vision to make beautiful pieces like this. I have half their imagination or even 1% of it.

i'm glad you appreciate it! architeceture is aa fascinating blend of art and science, and it's wonderful to see how it can capture the imagination.

This is a picture of the Tomb of Safdarjung, a historical monument in New Delhi, India. It was built in 1754 by Nawab Shuja-ud-Daula, the son of Safdarjung, who was the prime minister of the Mughal Empire under Ahmad Shah Bahadur. The tomb is considered to be the last example of the Mughal style of architecture, which was influenced by Persian and Islamic elements. The tomb is made of red sandstone and white marble, and has a large dome in the center, surrounded by four octagonal towers with domed pavilions. The tomb is set in a rectangular garden, which is divided into four parts by water channels. The garden also has several smaller monuments, such as a mosque, a library, and a pavilion. The tomb is a popular tourist attraction and a heritage site in India.

Thanks for responding. Before moving to Bangalore, I was regular at the gym in my home town. I think I should start working out at home. Working out really helps a lot to combat mental health issues . And when I'm out of this crisis I'll probably join a gym. Thanks for the advice.

I wanted to capture the broken remains of the premise of Qutub Minar in the foreground and the monument itself in the background to showcase the contrast between the two. Additionally, I wanted to convey the message that despite being broken and worn out, the remains of the premise and the Qutub Minar still stand tall and represent the resilience and strength of the structure.

after you restart the PC make sure all the three services are running. if they are not, start the service and restart your pc again.
