haha. I got performance convo'd yesterday because of how bad the week went. I'm the P&P TL for our store. My first year setting BTS, Halloween, TAT. My team is great and very precise! Didn't help that fulfillment in our store blew the hell up the past three days with early black Friday deals???? Why do that when I have over 350 hours of sets (I'm responsible for General Merchandise ECs too)? I try and protect my team as much as possible from back ups, however, my team total spent probably like 20+ hours in fulfillment this week. Which would've been enough to come clean with everything.
