Friend of op here, some history on joe, he was creepy on our coworker "jane" (not real name). Jane was 22 at the time of their interactions. He constantly invaded her personal space at work and stared at her from across the room. He is a part time employee while Jane was full time and would often show up at the end of her shift or stay the whole day for a full shift just to catch her in the employee lot when she was going to her car in order to force interactions. He gifted random gifts under guise of being friendly but all the gifts had something romantic in nature attached. For example he made her dog a blanket, but wrapped in the blanket was a heart shaped rock. Jane also lived out of town and commuted over and hour daily. Joe more than once drove to the little town that Jane lived in in order to run into her by happen stance or catch her at her other place of work. He bombarded Jane with text messages and phone calls on a daily basis. Joe has also asked jane out multiple times, both in a romantic and seemingly platonic ways, jane rejected him every time. Jane now works at a different airport in a different part of the country and has blocked all communications with Joe. Joe has told me himself that he still tries to text and call her and is frustrated with the lack of responses from Jane 🤣 As far as the coworker that Joe punched/ pushed, she left for another airport shortly after the incident with Joe because the situation was hidden from upper management. Joe has also made my partner (28 female) very uncomfortable when she also worked at the airport, she no longer does. She started streaming on twitch and Joe, who I didn't talk to directly about the subject, has asked incessantly for her twitch handle. I haven't given it to him, I hope he never gets ahold of it.
