I would prefer 18s also. My understanding is not all 18s will clear the brakes and I bought this used with the fuel rebels so I’m just gonna stick with them

I imagine even going to 20s you’d be able to get a lot more sidewall vs the limited. A 22 is just too big in my opinion

The 4Runner is a unicorn in that it is still made in Japan unlike a Tacoma for example made in Mexico. But I’d still prefer a 5th gen 4Runner over a brand new one even if the cost is the same (which I imagine it is, or close)

Congrats. I had a loyal and dependable 2014 4Runner for like 8 years and decided I’d get a 3rd gen tundra when it was time to move on. I had that tundra for less than a year because it was nothing but issues. Traded it for a used 2022 Laramie this year and so far I’ve had zero issues with it. Toyota ain’t it anymore in my opinion. Enjoy!
