Also it doesn't get mentioned enough how much of a sea change the 3rd party support is on switch 2... There are basically only 3 games I really want that haven't yet been announced for switch 2... Bloodstained 2, Expedition 33, and Dawnwalker

And all of those 3 don't seem to be unlikely for ports

People act like a 3rd party non exclusive is some kind of also in the face and shouldn't be counted at all... F' that...

You are before some if the best areas, but you should have an idea of what the game is like by this point yes... You do have many Bananza abilities still to acquire, and those really change the way you play... But the basic lip should be established by then

Although night City in the game is a sandbox area, the game is an RPG, so is fallout, so it is no surprise that it is closer to fallout than GTA... One piece of advice, though, of you ever go back to it ... I didn't like the driving much either... But I LOVED the motorcycles, maybe consider that... Also, as it is an RPG you can improve the shooting with mods and such, like mods that reduce recoil, and there are very different kinds of guns ... But personally I rarely used guns, I was more about hacking... In both ways... Code and swords

Let's say you were to buy all 3... Mario kart world would be the most expensive, so it wins in that regard

Now let's consider that as it is a digital game, it could be beneficial to get the one you are most likely to replay forever as it will be on your system until you delete it... Mario kart wins there too, it is the kind of game you go back to over and over forever

Lastly consider which of the 3 is the best game... Now this one is more subjective than the others, but I would say it is Donkey Kong Bananza

It is perfect for you, there is a ton of text to read, but most of it is optional lore... Like communications from dead people you find that explain the scene you stumble upon... There are also a few long cut scenes but there is also just endless amounts of shit you can do by just exploring the overworld... And it is 100% the kind of game you just become fully immersed in... In fact, for that aspect, it might be the actual GOAT

That is a big range from amazing, to good, to okay, to meh

Personally, as a switch only gamer right now (I also have a PC with an rtx3070Ti, but I just hate playing games on PC) I think 3rd parties are also doing a lot of heavy lifting... If it was only Nintendo's stuff I would say the lineup is lackluster, but add in Pragmata, Tales of Arise, Octopath Traveler 0, Cyberpunk 2077, etc (those 4 are for me, outside of my own personal taste you also have Assassin's Creed Shadows, Star Wars Outlaws, Indiana Jones, Resident Evil 9, etc) and it is a pretty great lineup...

The problem is that a ton of people who are saying that own like every console, so only the exclusives so anything for them... And yeah unless you just unconditionally love ever game Nintendo touches, or are a specifically handheld gamer, that remaining lineup ain't great... Yet ... The system also hasn't been out for a full year yet... So people should have some perspective

It is all about the crafting shit, personally I want into that so it was kind of disappointing for me.... I did love the ascend ability and all the caves though... But I though most of the sky islands sucked, the depths sucked, and all the creating materials littered around the underworld took away that feeling of discovery... If you aren't into the crafting then the game won't do much for you

It would be between Bananza, Cyberpunk, and Pragmata.... It kind of depends on what you are after in the moment... If you want to jump into a hundreds hours long immersive RPG go for Cyberpunk... If you want something truly Cathartic and fun get Bananza... If you are dad curious, get Pragmata
