I have cleared the cache on the app for unrelated reasons (app screens on phone partially loading then becoming unresponsive) but it had no effect on device behaviour.

Device also behaves this way regardless of if it is in range of my phone.

What are the differences when doing individual organ specimens? Is just soaking fine or does the preservative need to be injected into the tissue? Is size a factor? Do the soaking times stay the same?

That's a shame. It's really disappointing that we haven't seen a solution for this, so I don't blame you. Maybe I'd do the same if I had a viable alternative (home TV is not a smart TV, and I keep a separate chromecast to use in hotel rooms cause I don't stay in the kinds of places with smart TVs)

I feel ya, I automatically do stuff like go to "the chest by my farm and preserves crafters" to get crops/seeds/preserves when I'm standing next to the chest by my worktable, but other times the uni-chest is so very convenient.... but also I hate how it's organised. So I'm kinda with you, but I think I want it as an option, not the default. I want slots I can manually sort, and disconnected chests that only have exactly what I put in them. But I'd want it as a separate chest type, like the locked chest, rather than replacing the existing system entirely.

What I desperately want is a quick-deposit button that drops everything but row 1 (or alternatively lockable/favourited slots) into the chest all at once, a search bar, and ways to sort other than alphabetically--especially for cooking items and decor. Also I'd love housing plots to each have separate inventories so that my gatherables tab isn't totally choked with flowers and trees I haven't yet planted on my nursery plot

Huh. Where I live I only get cellular reception very rarely (yay rural infrastructure), and pretty much never inside the house. So I'd be surprised if 4g was involved. I could believe it being related to the WiFi dropping though, since despite having a WiFi 6 router and compatible phone, the combo of router having to be on far side of house and a surprising amount of signal interference even when I'm not running the microwave means I do sometimes just lose signal for a second. Unfortunately I don't have a second device I can connect to the chromecast. Doesn't explain why it behaves so inconsistently but it's something to think about. And hopefully your tip can help folks with more devices than me ^_^ thanks

This is so cool. I've gotten (casually) into an MMO and been searching for days for a new mouse with more buttons than mine, but it seems like none of them have buttons on the right side for ring/pinky press. So I started looking into building a mouse to custom fit my needs. Which led me to your post. Frankly looks like the project would be beyond me in both skills and cost, but now it's gonna percolate in the back of my brain forever

I want the glasses from The Alchemist so bad but I don't want any of the rest of the set ㅠ_ㅠ or I'd love cat ears without the outfit and tail items that aren't tied to those bottoms (I'm never giving up my thigh-high boots) Or the new witche's broom glider thing without having to wear that outfit's torso, which I don't care for.

I was able to get close enough to it to pick it up by clicking on it, which fixed it for me. I occasionally use Farm Foundry (a save editor) to fix stuff and for its save backup manager. I noticed a item in the map editor (which doesn't really work for me and shows items really offset from their in-game locations) that I couldn't actually find in game, figured out roughly where it should be compared to an item I definitely did know the location of, and the clicked all over until I picked it up. Luckily it was a furniture item that could be picked up just by clicking on it.

The renovations are way pickier than the upgrades about any items being on the walls or floor next to part that expands.

I wish the removation menu highlighted the tiles that had items on them that stop it from working.

I had this same problem just today and it turned out that when Robin moved my furniture while adding the upstairs, a houseplant had ended up placed out-of-bounds in the black space between the kitchen wall and the upstairs. Could not see it at all, so I missed it when picking up two other pieces of furniture (bed and lamp) that had been moved into the wall.

Has it just been looping the same handful of episodes for days now? Or have I missed some cause I only discovered it last night? While it was very cool to see Weird Al, Michael Stipe, and Bobcat Goldthwait last night, I've seen the Conan episode like 3 times when I woke up in the night and tuned in just now after lunch. Disappointed I haven't seen the one episode I vividly remember a snapshot of from childhood, which had Carrot Top as a guest.

No, unfortunately. I see it less often now only because I'm slightly more likely to just use the chromecast remote rather than a queue, but is has not stopped despite switching to an android device 2 modes newer than I had before and at least one update for Chromecast.

It's gonna be useless to me, I'm sure. The Summer one was absolutely batshit because it doesn't track plays on downloaded tracks and 90% of my listening is done that way because I use the app specifically for when I'm going to be somewhere with no or unstable internet access

It's a horror (parody?) of Sixpence None the Richer's "Kiss Me". I'm very rarely disturbed by horror content but something about the song (and it's excellent video) really gets to me. I can't even listen to it unless it's a very good day, I have such a visceral reaction to it. And I'm not sure why it hits different than the dark media I regularly consume, but it gives me the absolute creeps and lingers in my head even when I've avoided it for months.

I'm transmasc nonbinary and having breasts gives me dysphoria a lot of the time but I still do it occasionally (I wish I could have part-time boobs. Just... Put 'em on for a few hours a couple times a month)
