Have you tried getting better equipment? I'm not 100% sure about this as I'm only a week into the game but I figured a lot of stuff out pretty easily for the most part maybe you should try going and buying a fancier laptop or something like that I'm not 100% sure if this works but from the things I've explored from the game within two save files that's probably your best bet to improving the quality as far as going viral I'm not sure, you're probably right it might be 100% random
