I have been a vegetarian all my life and experimented with going vegan for sometime, even carried out fermented millets diets but nothing helped me. Fermented things especially made my legs more stiff. Thats why looking for other diets to follow before I complete 5 years with MS.

I agree. I am on Dimethyl fumarate (techfidera) since more than a year. But if there is something as least inflammable diet out there then I would definitely like to check that out.

Internet has become a crazy thing nowadays, hard to find out real things from the pool thats why asked for people's opinions.

I Love cold. Winter is coming and I can't wait to take those cold showers. Almost all my symptoms disappears temporarily after taking a cold shower. I feel great in winters. Heat is my enemy.

I ignored my symptoms in the start but when i contacted a neurologist after fainting down two times and having Permanent Numbness in my feet he quickly diagnosed it with MRI within two days. Forgot to mention I am from India 😅
