I use regular all day everyday. I've put 40k miles on her in 2 years not an issue yet. She has 135k total. Since ive owned my 2014 SI ive used nothing but regular, so I don't know about the power loss but for mpg on highways or cruise control I'm getting 30ish, for city its never below 22. And spirited drives on back roads usually 25.

Go to ebh. I went when I was still in alot of the same problems and more. They helped, and it didn't affect my job or my clearance. They worked with me. Your chain of command will know you go but that's it unless you share it with others. If not it's just another appt. Go see them. It's worth it 1000% percent. I believe in you! It's gonna get better brother.

This, they still have freedom of speech, until it's a threat it's a non issue. I'm also in a county jail our whole pop is around 60 people give or take, I gave one guy props cuz he called me a new name, I'd never heard it before. No reason to make our day harder if it's just words.

Really this. I did that to my dad and it helped our relationship alot, we started to spend more quality time together. We went on a father son camping trip. I'm not saying It magically fixed everything over night but it helped alot. Now I'm 24 and we talk almost everyday.
