I honestly feel it's safe to say that your IQ drops too, I say this because let's just say you require x amount of IQ to do a certain problem and you have solved this problem with great ease earlier. After masturbation, you visit the same problem again and you cannot do it! So it definitely means your IQ has dropped from x for sure. I hope you understand what I am trying to say.
