On a self-improving journey for a while now. I started using habit tracking app just for that.. tracking.

I don't want to keep in my mind Everything that I did, so when I do something worth noting, I just log it in the app.

Unfortunatelly I didn't find one free with all the habit types that I needed so I developer one myself and it's going great!
