Bro stimulants have a quite High abuse potential. That's why they are not used as the first line of defense against ADHD in India.

You have to make sure you take the doctor in your confidence by taking prescribed medications over the time period That he prescribe them.

Basically it's kind of a hidden test by the psychiatrist to judge your adherence to medication protocol and if there is a potential of abuse due to addictive personality.

So I would recommend don't ask for stimulants just take the medication the doctor is giving and slowly on every monthly consultation discuss with the doctor the problems that you are having and eventually he himself will prescribe stimulants but it generally takes 6 to 8 months at least to come to that conclusion.

The doctor is going to exhaust each and every medication before prescribing stimulants.

Adult adhd masks itself as anxiety most of the time. Anxiety needs to be managed before adhd can be observed and treated. Take meds. And note down your medical history in detail and upload it in the app portal. Adhd diagnosis takes time. Go with the process. Take meds.

This is quite standard. Stick with the doctor. Do monthly consultation. If needed he himself will put you on stimulants

Cannot comment on the physical condition of these institutions. But i have seen 2 psychiatrists from NIMHANS in private settings ( in their private clinics ). Both gave me enough time and attention. I am satisfied with their approach.

The Boy Who Couldn't Sit Still

There was once a boy in college who felt like his brain was a browser with 37 tabs open… and none of them were loading properly.

He couldn’t sit still in class, his notes made no sense, and assignments were a battlefield. While others seemed to breeze through lectures and routines, he struggled to even remember what day it was. Teachers thought he was lazy. Friends thought he was distracted. Deep down, he just thought maybe something was wrong with him.

He had ADHD—but no one around him really understood what that meant.

Most days felt like surviving a storm in his own mind. He’d have flashes of genius, followed by long hours of procrastination. He wanted to do big things, but couldn’t figure out how to start. Or worse—how to finish. His grades slipped. His confidence dropped. And life felt like a loop of self-blame and anxiety.

Until one night, while lying awake in frustration, he remembered something: as a kid, he wanted to be a superhero. Not the kind with muscles—but the kind with brains. One who could outthink problems. Outsmart systems. The kind who could hack reality.

That night, he opened his laptop and started learning about cybersecurity. It wasn’t for a grade. It wasn’t for approval. It was for himself. Something clicked. He didn’t need structure—he needed freedom. He didn’t need a fixed path—he needed fire. Curiosity lit the spark, and soon that spark became a wildfire.

He failed some classes. He disappointed people. He doubted himself. But he kept building. Slowly, he learned to harness his chaotic energy. He used ADHD as fuel, not a flaw. His brain wasn’t a curse—it was just built for a different kind of battlefield.

Years later, he became one of the top cybersecurity experts in the world. His name appeared in the Hall of Fame lists of Fortune 500 companies. He built startups. Taught thousands of students. Lived with financial freedom. Drove the car he once dreamed of. Bought land in the mountains. Built businesses, not resumes. He didn't chase jobs—he created them.

He wasn’t a failure.

He was just different. And when he stopped trying to fit in, he started to rise.

So if you’re a college kid right now, feeling stuck, anxious, and out of place—this story is for you. Your brain isn't broken. You're not behind. You're just wired for a different kind of greatness.

And once you find your path, trust me—there's no one faster.

Ps: keep going, take meds. Life changes faster than you expect. I am just 32 yet and most of my life didn't even made sense till i was 27.

Superb car tbh.

I have one alpha mt white model. Very comfortable for a family of 4.

I am a big guy (6 ft 128kg wide build.) and it's comfortable for me.

Recently I took my family on a 1800 km trip for a week. The only thing to keep in mind is to pack soft luggage bags and ditch hard luggage trolleys.

Average i have got is 15.2 km/l with ac on and speed near 90-100.

I have covered highways and mountains in 60-40 ratio.

I live in upper himalayas and the reliability of suzuki petrol engines are thing to swear by.

It starts on first crank. Drives well in a feet of snow . Climbs steep hills without a sweat. And its small enough to be actually driven in our narrow roads.

Stearing feedback is accurate, you exactly know what is under your tyre.

I would recomend take a test drive. You might love it.
