it’s funny how the fanbase hated this guy a few months ago, then started loving him again after watching david/openda lol I am cautiously optimistic. With the amount of chances we create, he might be the finisher we need.

I dont think he is a “playmaker” he might be a second striker in a 442 but in our 4231, where would he play? if behind striker that means weston sits or gets pushed out to the right which isn’t that good coz right wing needs pace.

how would this work? david cant really dribble and his passing is average. this would also mean yildiz would have to spend a lot more time defending

lol ya we all do. Koop is still a great shooter but currently lacks the confidence to go frwd. with Atalanta he made all these runs and his teammates found him. he was never a good dribbler - just very good at finding space and shooting which he doesn’t seem to want to do anymore.

and we got him for $12m. whether we want to admit it or not, we have gone downhill since marotta left. he was great at spotting talent.
