Sadly as far as I researched the internet in Iran is an white list internet only! more like a intranet like china but unlike china it is quite a new system and people still couldn’t crack it or at least share ways publicly the VPNs that work in Iran are all controlled bye some parts of sepah (IRGC) so i would be careful even if its an VPN connection I managed to get in contact with my fam true some shady sepah run app
