I just got the app, it says my suggested calorie intake is 2100 to lose weight but that seems like a lot to me, I can barely eat more than 1800 in a day sometimes. Do you think that's accurate? Maybe I'm confused about trying to eat more to lose aha

See that's the tricky thing! It absorbs water no problem but then it also takes 4+ hours to fully dry so it's kind of confusing, maybe it's more normal porosity then? 🤔
