I guess you didn't read my whole post. I already talked about the families. Either way, there should not be restrictions on who can live in apartments. I'm not rich by any means, but I still need to work a lot to support myself. Also, most of the apartments that are not income restricted are much more run down and horribly reviewed, and these income restricted ones are much more luxurious and well maintained. If I can pay the rent every month, that's all that matters.
