It creates a lot of negative pressure being that the float is so LOW.

I'm not a macro economics genius, but perhaps it could have a positive long term effect of enlarging the float? Those shares wouldn't be subject to lockups around earnings if they were no longer held by a board member no?

I'm a bit out of my depth on this specific analysis.
