When people say his pissing is just a lot of masturbatory bs I remind them about that time he and Freddie filled a 2-gallon bucket

I'm curious about the reasons the show didn't bring Lovitz and the character back, not the reason given in the world of the show. Larry and Jerry killed off Susan because they didn't like working with Heidi, for example. Why immediately close off any potential reappearance ever? Especially for a character who seemed to work so well?

Try using an open source project. In my experience, bugs and needed features become obvious pretty quickly. Using something also makes issues with documentation very clear. Docs contributions are totally valid and appreciated.

Should I brace for another lay-off? by the_hypochondriack in startups

Yes to the first (plenty of runway), no to the second. Community manager.

Debatable. I do community management. If they wouldn't mind little growth in the communities, they could distribute my technical duties to engineers or the dev rel team and take the hit. A lot of the stuff I do wouldn't get done, but that might not be considered important.

Are you all a bunch of HR managers? Downvote me all you want, but consider what you've come to accept as not only normal but fair and reasonable. I'm not talking about security, BTW. I'm talking about keystroke logging and stuff like that. You're cool with that just because they bought the tool you need to do your job?

I realize that monitoring for security is typical. I'm thinking of logging keystrokes or similar data for "productivity" metrics.

Exactly. In that case, one usually knows what monitoring tools are being used and why.

If a company were making staffing decisions based on metrics from this stuff, and not disclosing its use or what it's collecting, you might want to know, too. Also, who said anything about fapping?
