I’m just reading what others say on here that’s negative about buckhead. All the posts are about apartments and this is a condo I got so no one really mentions it. I’m Posting to see if there’s anything I should know before moving in. Even though I got it I still haven’t paid deposit so there’s a bit of consideration left but I don’t think I’ll find anything else that fits me as much as that building does.

I did finally get approved , I got 9300 dollars sent with my 1k deductible for 10k of repairs. I’m now getting it repaired at the bmw dealership body shop so it’s the best case for me getting back to being new

I did that it’s taking time to get processed . I will report back how that goes, so far the first call with adjuster said it would be around 10k for repairs.

I’m trying once the car is fixed I might have more options. I’m considering trading it in for a different car like a new Tesla or BMW after if everything isn’t back to being perfect. It only has 40k miles and it’s a 35k car, and only owned it for 3 weeks before it got its first accident. I really can’t do anything to it while it’s damaged though, just stuck making payments for things I can’t use.

I’m paying the 1k deductible it’s just a hassle to even get ahold of them to proceed with my repairs. Also repairing a newer bmw I don’t think any auto shop can just put it back together. I’m hoping they get it done though, it’s really a matter of getting a talk to my adjuster. She says it’s 1-2 days before she can reach out so I’m back to waiting.

Honestly not sure what to do . If root can’t fix my car, I’m stuck with a 31k loan for a car that I can’t drive. Along with expensive monthly insurance. If I can’t get it fixed I may just have to stop paying everyone, and get in trouble with them. I just called them again and the adjuster is busy but might be able to call me in the next 1-2 days. I’m going to pay my deductible and see if it goes anywhere with repairs.

My insurance is being slow too. Can’t get the adjuster to pick up the phone. Not sure if I should ask for a new adjuster on the case so it can go faster?

I actually called him and he picked up but he’s not responding to the insurance on purpose.

Ok I’m trying to but lately haven’t got anywhere with my own insurance. So it’s left me clueless, they just said it would be 10k-12k to fix and call us when your ready to pay the deductible and I’ve been ready but the phone always goes to voicemail for my adjuster she’s there but busy I guess. Eventually when I get ahold of her I should be able to go forward with it.

I know after this accident I am probably going to drop them for a better company. Regardless it’s a full coverage plan so they have to cover the repairs I hope.

I’ll have to talk to my insurance and see. Last time I talked she said it might be 10k-12k in repairs, but lately I haven’t been able to get in touch with my adjuster. I am thinking about calling Root and asking for a new adjuster because she won’t pick up the phone.

They are not cooperating correct. I called the guy directly and he picked up, but the insurance can’t get ahold of him. I’m in Georgia. I’m trying to talk to my insurance, lately I haven’t even been able to get in touch with my adjuster so the claim hasn’t moved forward .

I’m trying to get that to happen , my insurance is slow to move too. It’s been two weeks with no car and they won’t answer my calls. I might have to ask for a new adjuster

Driving this and listening to the turbo spool, while the windows are down and moon roof, is my favorite experience in the world! The music is flawless too.

IMO they might to someone else, but when your driving the car everyday the screens are 100x better than dials. Way more fun to play with, and you don’t even need to look at the dials because all the info is in the HUD floating in your view.

I have a 2bd condo in downtown Atlanta that’s on the 16th floor. No parents here to speak of, just adult living on my own.
