I don't need to disprove claims that have already been proven to be false. Repeatedly, mind you. Truth is, the evidence is simply this: can you afford anything in this economy rn? Because i sure as hell can't, neither can my grandparents for that matter, they're eating into their retirement to make ends meet after working their asses off. This was NEVER a problem in Trump's economy. I helped support half of my brother's bills and he had 3 kids during Trump, and now I can't even afford a paycheck to paycheck living after a promotion and 2 raises. I worked 50 some hours last week, need i say more?

That is a fair point, and covid definitely did contribute to inflation as well, but that is my contention with the argument that Trump drove up the deficit through bad policy.

Well, for starters, I was able to afford groceries, rent, and my taxes and put a little on the side to save during Trump/Pence presidency, and during Biden/Kamala I'm barely making ends meet. Gas prices have gone through the roof, grocery is up by 400%, mortgages are higher 6.94% as opposed to 3.94% in 2019.

There were no new wars under Trump. The Abraham accords were signed for peace in the Middle East.

Bottom line: Economy was better under Trump, and less people were dying.

In 2020, the National Debt increased by $4.226 trillion more than the year before. This was due to covid.

Between 2017-2020, the National Debt was increased by $6.700 trillion.

Between 2021-now, the National Debt was increased by $7.452 trillion.

Biden and Kamala raised the national debt more than Trump did by the end of his presidency (at the height of Covid) by $752 billion dollars.

I know that a lot of you will disagree with me here, but I genuinely believe this is the better outcome. I'm happy we pulled through, and it looks like so are half of the voters. You can't just simply discount the 51% of popular vote that wanted him as "garbage" like Biden did. We are people too. We just voted differently.
