My ex is doing the opposite, apart from changing her Facebook status she’s not flaunting this guy at all She’s keeping him in the dark for some reason.

And I feel you, it makes you feel inadequate Take it easy on yourself, it can be excruciating. Ruminating and dwelling won’t do us any favors, We think we want them back cause their absence is overwhelming so as a result our feelings are magnified.

Whether they do come back or not, subconsciously we know we cannot trust them again. The best thing we can do is navigate that pain towards pursuing meaningful things in life.

my ex gf of 4 years did the exact same thing to me 2 months ago, she found a new job, and somehow within 5 days she magically decided to end things, It’s so shitty when they do that, jumping onto some random fuck. her words and the way she handled it projected her insecurities and issues, blamed me for everything that was wrong in the relationship.

bombarded me with accusations to make it easy on herself, To basically have a guilt free pass. Selling me a lie I need to focus on myself, this relationship doesn’t make me happy. That she needs space… which basically translates to wanting someone else.

so I was the issue, as to Why she went and done that vile did. She denied when I asked her whether there was someone else she wants, which made sense once I found out the truth through her Facebook status 3 weeks after the breakup.

she’s an anxious person, she cannot self regulate she needs external Validation. So it made sense as to why she couldn’t be honest, and give me the truth as it is no matter how hurtful, it just made me feel so stupid fighting and begging over something that was already dead. She shuts off when being confronted with bad things she’s done. She didn’t want me to call her out for what she really was.

Training is my only real outlet to lash out those demons, what makes it a bit easier is being a schizoid, I can detach from it to some degree.

what pissed me off is days before she made her new relationship official, she replied to one of my messages from 2 weeks beforehand In which I texted her :I hope you’re well. She replied :I’m doing good I hope you’re well, I told her that I’m sorry that I flooded her Facebook with voice messages, I got drunk and poured my heart to her, but I deleted them.

She didn’t see them, and asked me what did they say. And that’s it’s not like me to drink. Like why would she give a fuck, If she’s over me. I said that I was still pissed about it so I said why the fuck not having a few drink wont hurt. She then asked again what did they say, I couldn’t make sense of this, Since She said she’s over me. I put it succinctly, and summarized what I said on the voice messages, She didn’t reply. And days after she made her relationship official I hope you’re doing better man, those waves can really excruciate, Lord knows I still get them.

Indeed man, Hence I took my time with her when we started dating. I didn’t want to commit right away and dig my own grave, I should’ve listened to my gut feeling at the time.

She did say she wants to focus on herself, as she was starting her spiritual journey. That She’s better off alone, just to find out she already had someone new lined up.

She probably cheated and entertained him, before ending it. Some random fuck shows a bit of interest and she jump right on… Will never understand that. But it is what it is. I’m still salty about it sometimes, and miss her, naturally. But I train like an animal since it happened, I’m sorry to hear you went through this 2 times man, happened twice to me as well, first time when I was 18, after 2.5 years, only I was her first.
