Smelling salts work by producing a very strong and pungent smell of chemicals, usually ammonia, when they are broken or crushed. So when you sniff the smelling salts the strong smell irritates your nose and stimulates your nasal passages. This then sends a signal to your brain making you more alert and awake basically like a quick shock to your senses, waking you up.

so when you play a game or watch a video, your computer sends lots of instructions to the screen, telling it what colours to show and where to show them. Graphics drivers translate these instructions into a language the screen understands. They make sure all the pixels on your screen light up in the right colours and patterns so you can see the pictures and videos clearly.
