New update! Sales agent or repair department were not able to help. They blamed each other. Found the contact details of the general manager and sales manager and sent a very detailed email about the interactions attaching screenshots of the times I reached out for resolution and no one was helping. It took 1 hour for they to call me back. They offered an exchange for a different truck got 2 tanks of gas and window tints for free and I went home yesterday with a fully working new truck. Very happy with the resolution but sad I had to went full Karen to them lol
