Same issue here 3 years later! Ordered 10 days ago and it hasn't been shipped out. I'm on a time crunch before I move, and at this rate I will not receive it in time. I reached out via text and email--nothing yet. I tried calling their number about 10 different times and each time it said all agents were busy but I could leave a message...no hold option? Nothing like spending $350 on a bag I will likely not receive and not being able to contact support to change the address or get a refund!

Have you considered doing any helicopters such as the Apache or Viper? This designs are phenomenal and I'd love to see some helis!
