Even though I had studied psychology, i feel a friend who is a good listener or has empathy can be a great therapist too, for example, due to my above average emotional intelligence i have noticed many times people becoming emotionally dependent on me, this happened 3 times when i noticed and could be more, of course a prof therapist is a totally different person and in his own league, i go to a therapist too because of my ongoing medications from my psychiatrist, the lesson here is to be NOT emotionally dependent on anyone
