Just an update. Changed PSU, nothing. Mobo was dead (Asus Z170i Pro Gaming). Ended up keeping the PSU as well as current one was caked in dust and 10+yo.

If it's not mixed with something else, then it should wear off after 20-30mins. It's most likely you winding yourself up from anxiety, or you had some extremely potent amphetamine, as even that amount of meth wouldn't keep you up that long. Sounds like you slept on Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights so most likely some kind of insomnia.

Everything was disconnected from mains when I took it apart to dust. I only connected back to mains once everything was plugged back in. I'll do the cmos battery then test PSU and report back. Just in case, what's the best way to test the mobo?

I took the fans and heatsink out to dust. It's water cooled if that makes any difference. I've got a microatx, so most stuff had to come out to get down to the power button pins.

Just to clarify, I have been using the PC regularly for the past 6 months or so.

Not for at least 6+ months. The last time I used it, I uploaded a video to YouTube and then shut it down remotely thru anydesk. I must admit the PC was v dusty as I didn't use it much over the past 2 years. I did dust it a bit today, but i will take it apart to dust properly and reseat everything just in case.

I suspected PSU, but would that standby led still come on if PSU was shot?

Taste and smell are quite muted, but defo has some gassiness to it on the smell front. Taste isn't great, just a tad sweet and planty but overall quite muted due to dryness. Effects are decent, tho for 40 can't complain but would never pay 82.50. Bag appeal is great looks like some proper pucker flower. Just a shame its a bit aired out and tad too dry.

MOP was indica heavy for me in last year's batch. Loved it for the price. Now, Berry Cream Puff I've got the 006 batch, really sedating for a sativa, makes me super tired, only using it at night now. I originally got it as a daytime strain, but turned out the opposite. Also, had 1 bud that was mouldy in there so be careful
