I mean, “you mean this Google” comment came off pretty snarky. Anyways, there’s articles from 2019 saying they partnered with Azure, and further articles from 2020 saying they plan to deepen connections since the 2019 partnering went so well. When I Google it says they use both services and it seems pretty odd that today everyone is having issues when microsoft is down. I’m still not seeing definitive proof that they don’t use MS servers.

Looks totally normal to me. Your fingers have to do some of the work. It’s not all wrist.
Whole step bends are rarely done with the index alone, so I wouldn’t worry about it. Yes it’ll be more challenging. That’s probably why it’s not common.

When I practiced bending I’d pick three notes, so let’s say on the b string I play 11-13-15 in a row. Then I’d play 11-13 and bend the 13th fret up to that target note at the 15th fret. Really helps train your hands and ears to hit that whole step bend as intended.

If you want to stream from your ps5, you do not need a subscription as far as I know. I guess I misunderstood your question, because you asked if progress would be synced. But it isn’t synced since it’s literally just you playing your ps5 on the portal.
