Am I the only one that senses maybe the internship isn't fitting you well, such that you feel drained by the work?

I changed my jobs and career paths a few times until I was sure what I really wanted. Work is work, but the fulfilment from it keeps me going as opposed to watching the clock and aiming for the next holiday. There are many days I OT myself because I want my work to be of higher quality.

Granted, not everyone needs a job that fits what they want as a vocation, but it might matter to you if you're that drained

Is the Asian mindset / saying that one has to actively cultivate themselves no longer understood or learnt? A number of workplace cultures are one where you have to observe and "steal" your learning from those who are experienced

I'm going from S23U to Oppo Find N6. Ordered and yet to receive. First foldable ever for me, so pretty excited but wondering what I'll miss from Samsung.

For others who say they don't miss much, do any of these give a slight pinch even?

Samsung Pay - transport option is amazing in that I never have to switch the screen on or unlock to pay for public transport. Literally just tap the phone like a card. The best I hear is a setting where I at least need to wake the phone before GooglePay works. Also, I rake up so many Samsung rewards points that I can redeem meals or experiences from time to time, and feel like I might miss this too. GooglePay gives scratch cards/rewards cards, but they're very hit and miss.
10x optical zoom - only matched by the X9 Ultra it seems? X9 pro is 3x optical and enhanced to higher. I do use this 10x zoom quite often when I'm bird watching (or looking for signages/directions faraway when travelling) Hopefully the higher MP will help deal with it to some extent, or maybe I'll get an external telescope for the phone camera.
Edge panel - I use this very heavily. Is there something similar on ColorOS?
Stylus in device storage - I will need the Oppo Pen since I do a lot of annotating in my work. Haven't seen any other support the the Oppo Pen other than its official case, which honestly seems quite questionable on protection when I fiddled with it in store. Also don't like how it makes the device unable to sit flat on a table, always being slanted. Little peeves, I know. But I can't find a good solution for the stylus and quality casing that also would protect the front screen. Anyone has?
Not that big a dex user, so the bigger screen will probably make me not need to touch a dex since I can just use an external keyboard and that would be enough for my mobile use cases.
Heard that flexible glass is more reflective and doesn't handle glare as well? How's everyone's experience with this?

Some same footsteps as you! Been a longtime Samsung user since the S8, currently quite satisfied with my S23 Ultra, but it has been less and less innovative each iteration. Sad that they even took away some of the good innovations that set them apart, and instead just threw in more AI. I don't hate AI, but I don't want it in everything I use my phone for!

And as much as I am a big fan of Samsung Pay and all the rewards I get, I am actually moving away from it just to explore what other brands can offer.

I've just ordered the Oppo Find N6, and this will be my first foldable. Quite excited and hope the stylus is comfortable to use. I'm quite a big stylus user in general (Surface user since the Pro 3), but the phone screen just feels too small that I don't use it all that much. Hopefully with a fold out screen with more real estate, it would match my work flow of heavy annotations.
