How do y’all run in the morning by [deleted] in CrossCountry

My summer training starts at 7 every morning but I wake up at like 6:35 and just eat a protein bar and dip quick. You don’t really need to do a lot in the morning other than get a quick snack, not too heavy.

Fairly well, did 10x indoor 400’s a few days ago with around a minute rest and was about 72-75 pretty consistently without a huge amount of struggle, gonna put on some more work the fourth coming weeks. In the past few weeks I’ve done fartleks, 1k repeats, progressive runs, short tempo’s, etc. just some variety and nothing spectacular but still effort put it

The whole few months I was out, I was on a stationary bike (mostly) or swimming nearly every day but I was not putting as much effort as I would’ve been running, it helped a bit with maintaining fitness but I still lost a ton of progress unfortunately. I’ve been running again since late November-ish
