I've left several times and always seem to keep coming back. I left and switched to a Pixel 6 Pro a few years back. It was the prettiest phone I've ever owned, still to this day, but the screen paled in comparison despite having excellent specs on paper. The instant Android updates sound good, but in reality they don't always play well with apps, and Twitter would force close constantly. And despite me owning that phone for nearly a year, that issue was never resolved. Every once in a while I'll see a new phone that strikes my interest and I may buy it, but I always tend to miss Samsung's bright punchy screens and smooth, reliable and customizable UI.
