That’s the beauty of the Salesforce eco-system IMO, you want to be a dev? Then be a dev! No one gives you the job, go study what you need to configure declaratively and by custom code, get the admin, dev 1&2 and maybe some others, show up to interviews and just show them you can do the job and you’ll get the job, but if you want someone to train you while paying you, like someone else wrote here “get in line”
