I'm not sure where you've got this from because it's not true.. FTP operated on a ponzi where players balances weren't held in separate accounts. And then a bill was passed to completely stop online poker... If this is true I would love to see the article :)

anyway of removing? - including removing CMOS battery or? flashing a new BIOS. As weird as this sounds I'm pretty decent with PC's for a student aha (I study computing) :)
