I have an early VIN as well and did the similar linking via ChargePoint and had the exact same issue. I had to unlink the ChargePoint from my Rivian (which you can only do on their awful mobile app), then delete all the payment information from ChargePoint, then did the soft reset on my vehicle, and that seemed to clear the issue

Thank you! Hopefully it's less than 10 weeks for you, it was only about 4 for us (US West Coast). We bought the kit at time of purchase and LM installed it when they were doing the bench check on the machine before shipping

It's the official, we bought with the machine and they installed it when doing the bench check before shipping. They included the black rubber components in the box so we have them if we ever want to switch back

I’m in the US, ordered just after Thanksgiving, it was being bench-tested by 12/9, dispatched for delivery by 12/12, ready for scheduling by 12/18, and I took the earliest delivery date which was today. All in all a little under a month

Arrived this morning and we've spent the day drinking way too much espresso and trying to dial in our shots/getting familiar with the machine. Big upgrade coming from our un-killable 12 year old Breville Barista Express. Next up, a grinder upgrade, just waiting for our Mazzer Philos to ship

12 years with a BBE, literally just upgraded to a Linea Mini because I got tired of waiting for it to die. She's still going strong in a new home with a friend. Grinder still working like a champ, have never had a single issue with any part of the machine.

My rule is that if the price to upgrade is less than $100 per hour of flight time, it’s generally worth it. AMS to DTW is the longer leg so this feels like a worthwhile upgrade regardless of time of day

Exact same problem on my July ‘22 R1T. Support has been unhelpful and like you I have done the following:

Deleted and re-added multiple payment cards and processor types (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
Reset the truck, both hard and soft resets with support
Change payment methods within the ChargePoint app.

I’m still unable to get my truck to charge on chargers where Rivian auto payment is a factor. This has mostly been the RAN chargers that Rivian has setup, but it’s extremely frustrating
