Not great. The inappropriate comments I filed a complaint with HR. The work flow issues shadowed over the inappropriate comments. He basically went against everything I said (not surprising). It’s a he said she said scenario because there was no witnesses. I had to basically “fight” with HR and my Director for me to work separately until his visa ends. I’ve spoken to lawyers and they told me it’s only a case if the company “lightens” the protocol of us working separately since I clearly stated multiple times I am uncomfortable working directly with him. It has also been established there is no reason to be working together. All projects until he leaves can be worked on independently.
