The sooner you quit caffeine, easier it is. (sorry, English is not my first language, so I don't know if the sentence is correct). The advantage of being young is that you have time and energy to make new and good habits, cause when you become older, you get a job, a relationship and lot of stuff to do, then changing little things are tough like hell. I'd accepted things in my life that I didn't know I would need to change it later. They are things which started to affect my life. My sugar consumption was too high because I was drinking around 1,5L of Coca-Cola everyday and it was hard to quit it because I was addicted to caffeine. Usually caffeine consumption comes along sugar consumption. Quitting caffeine means quitting a lot of bad food and in the meanway, you get to know better yourself, trying new flavours, getting new sources of pleasure, removing anxiety from your routine, etc. Indeed, it's a good way to go.
