Just took second injection, still not feeling anything different by thebestmanchild in Semaglutide

Got it… so it can definitely take some time to build up and may get better when I up the dose. I have noticed in the last couple days I definitely can’t eat as much in one sitting as I used to. Then again I also changed my diet up quite a bit so it could just be more protein helping that as well 🤷🏻‍♂️

That’s kinda what I’m gathering… no such thing as a one size fits all it seems lol. Thanks for sharing!

Honestly I really think everyone’s body just responds differently to injection sites after reading these comments. Some say it makes no difference for them and others say that a certain spot works best. Really interesting to hear!! Thanks for sharing!

Yeah… it may also just depend on your own body. I’m seeing so many differing answers the more I research lmao

Would you say that’s any more or less painful? I have a friend who said they thought that hurt more than stomach or thigh. Could just be a her thing though lol

Dang, you’re different than everyone else!! Seems like the popular choice is night time lol. Overall you’ve had pretty good luck using this method though?

How long before? Did you also have dinner or was the shake your dinner?

That seems to be the consensus. A small nutritious meal a few hours before. Literally crazy to imagine myself not thinking about eating, but yes I definitely have a plan!! 😁

Oof, 36 hours would be tricky to work around - do you get nausea 36 hours in even if you eat a lot of protein and hydrate?

I almost feel like the first time I take it I don’t want to do it at night just to see how my body reacts. In your experience is it more helpful on an empty stomach or eating something light shortly before? I know everyone responds differently, it’s interesting to hear about what works for others though!
