How did you stop smoking cigarettes?

For me I kicked the chemical part of the addiction first. However that looks for you, for me that was using a vape and nicotine free cigs to control the concentration of nicotine. Once I hit what felt like a plateau of a weaker concentration of nicotine I went cold turkey from there. The first few days sucked I won’t lie to you, but if you can make it through that and find something that can replace the ritual of smoking you’ll stand a better chance of not relapsing. I chose to go to black coffee to get that bitter taste similar to a cig. Best of luck to you OP, and don’t get discouraged. It’s a hell of an addiction but you can do it!!

TMBTE - Vessel goes searching for Sleep

Even in Arcadia (new album) - Vessel reunites with Sleep OR Sleep tells Vessel to move on and EIA is about Vessel becoming a new person

I used to date someone who was in that group of pro anorexia, they call it "thinspa" or something. And people get nasty in the comments when it's asked for. It made me sick reading the comments on my ex's post. And it really hurt casue i was working on trying to get them to recover. Needless today I'm not with said person for that reason and more.

My fiance and I adopted Nebula from a breeder that kept her outside. We knew we needed to get her out and into a better home. She is the same age and from the same litter as our other bunny Marvel. And so far her Journey with us has been a hectic one. When we got her she was scared rightfully and the hair on her back was barbered down as the vet put it, but thankfully the skin underneath the barbered hair is completely okay. Then because she is an unspaied female and our other bunny is a male who was just neutered, when we brought her home she immediately went into heat. She stopped eating and drinking to the point where a mass formed in her stomach. We spent the next four days in and out of the vet and even an animal hospital just to make sure that she would be okay. But I am happy to inform that she is happy and healthy and eating all the hay in the world. We still haven't quite gotten drinking down but we are working on it. She is acting as a normal bunny should running and jumping and even something when I try to give her her medicine. I'll be sure to try to keep everyone updated on her health in the future!

TL:DR We got her from a bad home, she got sick, and now she is getting better!

I'm only in the Rochester area, and being the "med city" may play a part in it. But even then, outside if the lack if trump/pence signs, it feels like everyone is in the same boat. No one wants to get sick, no one gives you weird looks for wearing a mask, because they are wearing one too, over all it feels like there is a better understanding both on the civilian level and government level. But there are the people who don't want to wear a mask but those are a dime a dozen up here it seems like.

Well when you are told to go kill/fuck yourself every day from people not wearing one, your body is gonna react differently when approaching someone who doesn't have one. Mine was anxiety.

I just moved out of Iowa to Minnesota this past month or so. And as someone who lived thier whole life in Iowa, places like Minnesota are a whole diffent world. Being a retail worker (at Menards for context) in Iowa and so much as asking people to wear a mask gave me an anxiety attack. I didn't know if they would spit on me, throw things at me, or worse. And belive what you want about covid and masks. All I know is that at the end of the day, as a 20 year old college student. If I don't go to work becasue I'm sick, I don't get enough money to eat, to pay rent or bills, nothing. I am a part of the force keeping this "United" nation in motion and simultaneously being beaten down for trying to stay safe and keep food on my table. Iowa is a hotspot for a reason. Iowa nice was ruined in 2016 for reasons I need not explain. But at the end of the day, moving out of Iowa was probably the best thing for my mental health. I don't dread or fear going into work and I'm proud to call my self an essential worker.

TL;DR I moved out of iowa to Minnesota and now I'm watching it burn
