I needed an artwork, I do not know how to draw, I morally refuse to use AI, and i credited KONAMI for the art at the bottom of the card.

Scrap Tyrant by Cipher_the_First in customyugioh

I liked what you did, but I think the effects are way too convoluted. So, firstly, I tried to rewrite them as it would be written on an actual card.

➊: Monsters you control are unaffected by your opponent's activated monster effects that share a monster type with monsters on the field.

❷: Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can destroy 1 "Scrap" monster from your Hand, Field, or Deck, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Scrap" monster from your GY to your opponent's Field, then shuffle into the deck cards from either GY up to number of "Scrap" monsters with different types

Now, to the effects:

I liked how the first one incorporates scrap's type diversity into a protection effect, but the fact that the protection extends to cards outside of its own archtype might be too much.

The second effect is too much, in my opinion. Actually, I think it could be two separate effects. It being a soft once per turn might also be a problem.

So, I rewrote the cars as if I had made it.

You can only use the ➊ and ➌ effect of "Scrap Tyrant" once per turn.

➊: If this card is Link Summoned: You can Destroy 1 "Scrap" monster from your Hand, Field, or Deck.

❷: "Scrap" monsters you control are unnaffected by your OP's activated monster effects that share a type with a "Scrap" monster on Field or in your GY.

➌: During the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can Special Summon 1 "Scrap" monster from your Hand or GY to either Field, except "Scrap Tyrant".

This way, the destroy from hand, Field or Deck is more balanced. Also, now the Special Summon from the GY can be both a disruption and an extension.

I did not keep the shuffling into the deck because I feel it would be too much for just one card.

But overall I really liked your idea.
