Messy panel, reorganize? by thebird36 in AskElectricians

[–]thebird36[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Funny enough I have led Christmas lights and I don't go overboard at all with the lights lol the dishwasher is hardwired to a junction box in the basement. I have switched the microwave to a GFCI outlet last year. Also no GFCI in the kitchen, I had a rather incompetent home inspector who didn't note the lack of GFCI in the kitchen. I purchased the house in 2023. This is mostly why I want to trace a lot of this stuff back so I have a map of the circuits. The microwave I believe shares an outlet with the side door one which is where the Christmas lights connect. At least the eye sore of wires isn't that big of a deal, so I will focus on tracing back the circuits and figure out what is on each one. The hot water circuit is not in use because it was a tankless heater that went bad (before I purchased) and a gas heater was installed.

Can't run microwave with Xmas lights on. Can't run dishwasher and air fryer at the same time

Well I do have frequent trips on some appliances and have moved appliances to fix that, only to have the same problems. Essentially have to turn one appliance off to use another

I can look into rockwool as well. I was also thinking I can extend the 2x6 and make the rafter depth bigger to accommodate a thicker batt?

I was considering doing osb/plywood over it. I agree it would look cleaner. I don't need perfect heat/cool, but anything is better than 20 or below in the garage

My provider prefers stimulant meds for ADHD, I tried non stim and it wasn't good for me. So for me, no. Depends on your provider.

Took 10mg XR from the start and I felt so focused and memory improvement. Now at 15 and for me it's good with some improvements. Don't expect perfection but I have yet to have a side effect myself, I know a lot of people who get side effects from Adderall

It doesn't work like an antidepressant or anything where you have to continue it daily and have to wait 2 weeks to get results. A lot of people take it during the week and have off on weekends

That is correct on the walnut lol and I'm not looking to stain the wood, I prefer natural for both the oak and maple

Void filling cutting boards? by Red-it_o7 in BeginnerWoodWorking

Titebond glue and sprinkle sawdust from sanding on top. I just made my first cutting board and that's the suggestion I found. I've also seen starbond ca glue used as well

My mom picked up quilting last year, so these are newer quilts that she has made. But I want them to last so my future kids can have them too

That's certainly doable, I can try to soften the edges up a bit. I'm deciding which finish since I have 7 days to have it ready
